2020 stache 71/31/2024 There was absolutely no reason given and I have gone back to them asking for the reason. I just received notice in the middle of the night that Stache and Sons WILL NOT be refunding my $121.97 that was paid by credit card, from their credit card company. That is something but, I want to know WEHN and that it will be a FULL refund. They didn't say they would give me a FULL refund only that they would refund my money. I want to know how long it will take to receive my FULL refund? Per the complaints logged on the BBB site, it appears the company doesn't give a FULL refund or not at all. (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) We closed on google because we were getting fake reviews we will refund you for the labor thanks. If you need anything else, please let me know. I have attached all receipts received from ****** and Sons showing I have made payment. I am looking to you for help in getting my almost $400.00 back that I wrote the check for. I contacted another company which is BBB accredited and they checked on this part and found the part is no longer available since November 2018! I have already ordered a brand new dishwasher thru that company and it should be here next week. My bank cannot do anything about the check since it has been a few weeks. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges and they are doing an investigation. I did check their website and noticed it stated Permanently Closed however, you can still schedule online appointments which I find rather odd if they have closed. I have not heard back from them since and have reached out via text on the 17th, 18th and now today the 19th and have also tried calling their office number however it states this call is being forwarded to the voice mail of Emma and I have left messages begging for them to call me back. I reached out on the 15th for an update and at 2:40 pm received a text stating they would check on it and then at 2:41 pm received a text stating it is still on back order and they will check when they could possibly get it. I appreciated them reaching out and thought this was great that I did not have to contact them. The company reached out to me by text on February 8 stating they are still waiting for the part and as soon as it is shipped Emma will give me a call to get this repaired. I never pay for services before rendered but I was really wanting to get my dishwasher fixed and quickly and he said this is how they do the business to ensure they get the part since they have to pay for it up front.Ĭheck was mobile deposited into Veridian "account of within named payee" and my bank shows it cleared on the 29th of January. Trip charge we put on credit card and the part we paid for by check. We had to pay the trip charge AND pay for the part THAT day. He never opened his tool bag or took anything apart. He explained they would take an old board and rebuild it and guarantee it for one year. Then looked at the model number put a few things into his phone and said yes you need a new board. Tyler came out, very nice (I had to ask him to put on a mask and he did not even have one and I had to give him one our our disposable masks) and he asked what the issue was, I told him and he proceeded to push buttons to make sure they didn't work. When I called I spoke with Emma and she asked for the model number, gave it to her and she said yes this would work and Tyler could come out on Thursday the 28th. Janucalled Stache & Sons to see if they can come and look at my dishwasher and see if it can be fixed or should I get a new one given the fact their website said same day service.
