There's also an option to set the soundtrack to a "Chiptunes" version, meaning it'll sound more like the Famicom version. The overworld theme is amazing, for example, but some of the themes are pretty unmemorable. Since all of the tracks are remixes of twenty year old tunes, the soundtrack is hit-or-miss at times. The graphics alone make this game a lot of fun. The graphics are so high-res that one could probably HDMI-out the game to a TV and have it look decent. The graphics are bright, colorful, and high-res, using a lot of contrasting colors to good effect (usually green and red). The scenery is vibrant and pops right off of the screen. They're a vast improvement on the DS version in every way, shape, and form.
